Pricing and additional charges
Product prices are displayed before checkout. VIORA does not charge a separate buyer service fee. Shipping is charged separately. Import duties, customs charges and destination taxes are generally the buyer responsibility unless checkout states otherwise.
Payment
Available payment methods and the entity processing a transaction are shown during checkout when payment is available. VIORA does not promise a particular payment method until it is presented for that order.
Delivery
Orders are normally prepared within 1–3 business days. International delivery depends on destination, carrier and customs clearance. Tracking is provided for supported shipments.
Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation is permitted before the seller hands the product into the VIORA fulfillment process. Claims for damaged, incorrect, missing or materially not-as-described products must be reported within 5 days of delivery. Approved refunds are normally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.

Support is available in Vietnamese, English and Japanese. Standard support hours are 09:00–18:00 ICT, with a target response time of approximately two business days.
